Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Appointment Setter role based in Melbourne, FL. The Appointment Setter will contact prospective and existing clients by phone, email, and other approved channels to schedule consultations for insurance agents. Daily responsibilities include managing appointment calendars, confirming and rescheduling appointments as needed, and documenting all interactions and outcomes in the system. The role involves qualifying leads, following up on inquiries, and ensuring that clients receive timely and accurate information about scheduled meetings. The Appointment Setter will work closely with the sales and customer service teams to support lead generation and maintain a positive experience for clients and prospects.
Qualifications

Ability to effectively handle Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
Experience with Lead Generation and follow-up activities
Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
Customer Service skills focused on professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving
Comfortable working in an on-site office environment in Melbourne, FL
Basic computer skills, including CRM or scheduling software proficiency
Organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or a call center setting is a plus
