To support the strategic initiatives of the COO, the full-time remote Chief of Staff, Operations will partner closely with leadership to execute the RPCS operating agenda, drive growth priorities, and represent the COO in executive meetings while ensuring timely decision-making and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Define and execute the RPCS operating agenda, translating strategic priorities into measurable outcomes Attend meetings on behalf of the COO, making informed decisions and driving initiatives forward in their absence Establish and manage operating cadences, including business reviews and performance tracking, to enhance decision-making and accountability Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations, or a related field 7-10+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Experience working with senior executives and influencing cross-functional teams in a multi-site environment Understanding of healthcare operations and regulatory environments, particularly in radiology Ability to operate in ambiguity and make independent decisions while maintaining executive presence
