We have multiple facilities located throughout the United States, Canada , Mexico, the Philippines and will continue to grow.   We are   seeking a dynamic Human Resources Assistant to report to the HR Manager.   This role is essential in supporting various HR functions .

Human Resources Assistant Responsibilities include:    

• Background check s
• Orientation, o nboarding and offboarding tasks
• Milestone and Exit Interviews
• Employee a nniversary recognition p rograms
• E vent p lanning and execution
• Vehicle f leet m anagement
• Workers compensation and s afety program management
• Training assignment and management
• Employment verification
• Special projects and other duties as assigned

Requirements:  

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, equivalent experience or related field
• Excellent v erbal and written communication and note taking
• Ability to work and serve within a team environment
• Problem solving resolutions management
• Computer and Microsoft product usage

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged sitting and standing
• Ability to travel as needed
