Job Description
Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking a Mold Changer is responsible for operating molding machines, preparing materials, and ensuring products meet quality and production standards. This role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Machine operation — Operate molding machines to form, shape, or cast materials according to production specifications
Material preparation — Load raw materials, set molds, and ensure proper machine setup
Quality inspection — Inspect molded parts for defects, measurements, and finish requirements
Equipment adjustments — Make basic machine adjustments to maintain product consistency
Documentation — Record production counts, measurements, and completed work
Safety compliance — Maintain a clean workstation and follow all safety procedures
Production support — Assist with mold changes, machine cleaning, and workflow support as needed
Manufacturing experience — Experience in molding, machine operation, or general production preferred
Mechanical aptitude — Ability to operate machinery and use basic hand tools
Attention to detail — Strong focus on quality and accuracy
Physical requirements — Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Reliability — Consistent attendance and strong work ethic
Monday - Friday 3:00 a.m- 11:30 a.m
Pay rate: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
