Job Description Journeyman Plumber - Commercial & Industrial Location: Kalamazoo, MI
Pay Range: $32.00-$42.00/hour (DOE)

About the Opportunity We're seeking a licensed
Journeyman Plumber to join our commercial mechanical team serving
Kalamazoo and surrounding areas . You'll install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems in commercial and industrial facilities while working alongside HVAC, piping, and mechanical crews.

Key Responsibilities - Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and layout drawings
- Install piping, valves, fittings, fixtures, and related plumbing components
- Troubleshoot and repair leaks, clogs, damaged piping, and faulty fixtures
- Perform preventative maintenance on commercial plumbing systems
- Work with copper, PVC/CPVC, cast iron, and other piping materials
- Perform soldering and brazing as required
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national plumbing codes
- Coordinate scheduling and materials with supervisors and other trades
- Complete daily timesheets, material logs, and as-built documentation
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
Qualifications - Valid Michigan Journeyman Plumber License required
- 3-5+ years of commercial or industrial plumbing experience
- Proficiency with copper, PVC/CPVC, cast iron, soldering, and brazing
- Knowledge of backflow systems, grease traps, and commercial water heaters
- Strong blueprint reading and layout skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined or wet environments
- Ability to pass required background check and drug screening
