BELMONT Search is a Construction and Infrastructure executive search firm. We are engaged on Superintendent searches with general contractors and construction managers in New York City.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Ground up and major interior projects across the five boroughs, carried from demolition or excavation through sign-off. The Superintendent holds the site and reports to the project executive or to the owner of the firm.
THE ROLE
The logistics plan, the trade sequence and the schedule are yours, and the assistant superintendents work to you.

COMPENSATION
Base of $145,000 to $185,000, depending on the builder and the project.
